This Members Only section will only be populated when there are mugs, or other things, that are exclusive to TikiLand Mug Society, or are early access items, for members. When new items are added, or are about to be added, we will email current members via our email list and in some cases may send a text message.

We're trying to be as communicative and transparent about how everything works, so please take the time to read all of the details below pertaining to membership and Secret Codes, as well as specific product details.

About Membership

All 2024 memberships start January 1, 2024 and will end December 31, 2024.

There are three types of membership: BASIC, STANDARD and DELUXE. You, or the person who purchased your membership for you, choose one of them when enrolling. Each member, if you forget, is able to check which membership they have by reviewing their Order History my clicking the Profile/Account icon (looks like a person) in the top right, next to the shopping bag icon.

As part of membership, it's required that we be able to send you messages via email and text that keep you up-to-date with what's being offered or going on with membership. If you choose to unsubscribe from either (email or text) during the course of your membership you will no longer receive these updates which will negatively impact the usefulness of your membership.

About Aloha Shirts included in Deluxe Membership

You must still choose your size in order to receive your shirt.

You must select Unisex or Womens and select your size when checking out. When checking out, as long as you're using the email address associated with your membership, an automatic member discount will be reflected to show that the shirt is $0 since it's included in your membership. Once your order has been confirmed, your size will be locked in. PLEASE use the size chart to select which size to order and do not just go off the labeled size alone as size exchanges can't be guaranteed. These shirts are sized the same as our previous aloha shirts, as well as the same as Jeff Granito's aloha shirts, if you've previously had either. If you do not choose your shirt size and order your shirt by February 28, 2024, you will forfeit receiving the shirt included in your membership. Your shirt will be shipping at a later date than the glasses, pin, and card included in with your membership.

About Secret Codes

We will include a list below of 'Secret Codes' for specific items for those who have Basic, Standard and Deluxe memberships. Some Secret Codes will be issued for items that will be on the regular website, and not in the members only section, as well. Secret Codes will not be available for use on every item on the website.

Each Secret Code can be used by each member one time (unless noted), and is valid for a single item it's intended for (unless noted). Secret Codes used on more than 1 item which it's intended for will result in an item being cancelled from an order. Secret Codes may expire, be revoked, or be modified at any time. Please read details pertaining to each Secret Code below. Active Secret Codes are only valid on items that are available for purchase at the time of use. Abuse or exploitation of Secret Codes, or membership, will result in revocation of Secret Codes, cancellation of associated orders, and possible termination of membership.

Secret Codes can only be used 1 TIME and may not be able to be stacked/combined in a single order (unless specifically noted), nor can they be applied manually to an order when contacting customer service. Orders cannot be combined. We understand how this may increase shipping if you want to use a secret code/automatic membership discount on each item and have to do so in separate transactions, however the majority of our items will be fulfilled and shipped at different times and are unable to be shipped together. If you wish to purchase multiple items using multiple Secret Codes, you may have to check out once per each Secret Code you want to use. This is a software limitation of Shopify (the software we use).

Secret Codes must be entered during Check Out in the 'gift card or discount code' field. The Secret Code will not be applied if you use Express Checkout.
