My only worry about this mug was that the web photos made it look huge. Like crazy big for what is, essentially, a ceramic canteen. When it arrived, I was relieved to find that it's on the small size, which is perfect. Six ounces of cocktail with eight of crushed ice and there's just a little room at the top. As for the mug, the theme is delightfully nautical and the dual-color, dual-side art is amazing. The bronze accent shading really sells the porthole feeling. Vibrant sunrise/set orange view of Diamon Head on one side; dark blue/teal underwater scene with an octopus on the other. When this mug is on the shelf, rather than in hand with a cocktail, I'm constantly waffling between which side to display out.
