Thor's Tribal Chieftain Tiki Mug
Our Tribal Chieftain tiki mug, was designed and sculpted by Tom “Thor” Thordarson. These follow a long tradition of Thor’s handmade shrunken head sculptures, except in the functional art form of mugs!
These mugs are made from four different sets of molds. Once the multiple pieces are pulled from their molds and assembled, they get cleaned up, glazed, and fired.
Each of these tiki mugs are being produced in Laguna Beach at our TikiLand Trading Co. ceramic studio.
Each mug is glazed uniquely, and occasionally there are slight modifications to the sculpt.
Only 5-10 are being released in each batch. We will only be making around 50 of these total, and over a period of time, due to their complexity and size.

This mug holds about 40oz (varies slightly mug to mug), is approximately 9 inches tall.

Each of these mugs are unique.
- Mug photo show the mugs indoor, with indoor light similar to outdoor lighting. No filters have been used on the photo besides cropping.

Designed and Sculpted Thor, and made by TikiLand Trading Co., in sunny southern California. Made in USA.
- All of our ceramics are handmade. Each mug varies slightly and is unique, and is not the exact mug photographed here, although we try for it to be as identical as possible when produced by hand. During ceramic production sometimes there can be small variations with glaze, color, texture, cleanup, etc.
- We guarantee mugs not to arrive with structural cracks or chips, and will replace them at our expense if they arrive to you in this condition. Due to the unique nature of each, if a replacement is needed we will do our best to match the glaze and color of the one you ordered.
- Only one mug included.
- Mug will be shipped independently of other items in your order due to the extra padding we're shipping these with.
- We only recommend hand washing as this is a functional piece of art.

For those who collect our recipe cards - we have yet to develop a drink for this mug. If and when we do, we can send you a card.
